Before accepting this Agreement, please be sure to read the entire contents of this Agreement carefully and fully understand the contents of the terms, especially the limitation or exemption clauses. The limitation or exemption clauses will be highlighted in bold or other eye-catching forms. If you have any questions about the terms of this Agreement, please contact the relevant business department of Full Strike Ltd. Unless you have read and accepted all terms of this Agreement and related agreements, rules, etc., you are not entitled to use the Service. Once you select "Agree to the Agreement and Submit"

(See the registration page for specific wording) and complete the registration process, or you use the Service in any way, you are deemed to have read and agree to be bound by the above agreement, rules, etc. If you have any violation of this Agreement, Full Strike Ltd has the right to unilaterally restrict, suspend or terminate the service provided to you at any time according to your violation, and has the right to hold you liable.

This Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is signed by you and Hong Kong Fusida Technology Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Full Strike Ltd"). Including but not limited to: Acxeon Smart Platform Privacy Policy and other content. If there is any change, Full Strike Ltd will make an announcement on the website without prior notice. The amended Agreement and Rules shall automatically become part of this Agreement upon publication without prior notice to you. If you do not agree with the relevant changes, please immediately stop the service of Full Strike Ltd. If you continue to use, you will be deemed to have no objection to the revised rules and agree to abide by them.

1. Noun definition

• Licensed Software: means the Acxeon Smart software system developed by Full Strike Ltd for you to download from the Platform and install and use in a limited system mobile terminal.

• Services: Services provided to you by Ash Full Strike Ltd. You can use the Services on a mobile terminal by licensing the software.

2. Service

2.1.Full Strike Ltd provides you with Smart living device management services. You can control the Smart terminal connected to the Acxeon Smart cloud platform through Acxeon Smart, and realize the linkage between smart devices. The service content includes intelligent device management, scenario linkage, analysis report, etc. These functions and services may be optimized or modified according to changes in user needs or the unilateral judgment of the service provider, or the service may be temporarily stopped due to regular or irregular maintenance.

3. Scope of services

• Acxeon Smart grants you a right to use the Product with respect to the Software.

• You may not license, sell, lease, transfer, distribute, or otherwise use the Product in any way.

• To restrict access to software adaptation platforms and devices, you can only use the licensed software on authorized system platforms and devices. Installing the licensed software on another device may damage your hardware or software functionality.

• You should understand that the licensed Software may only be used for non-commercial purposes and may not be installed, used or run for commercial operation purposes. Prior written authorisation and permission must be obtained from Full Strike Ltd if required.

• From time to time, Full Strike Ltd may change, upgrade or transfer the Licensed Software and its related features, and may add new features or services to the Licensed Software system. If there is no independent agreement for the above new functions and services, you can still obtain the authorization for the corresponding functions and services, and this Agreement applies.

• You are responsible for the accuracy, reliability, completeness and legality of the data entered and the legality of the manner in which you obtained the data, and you should regularly back up the data, information, etc. You bear all risks for the damage and loss of such data.

• You should keep your account and password properly. If you find any security risks in your account (including but not limited to leakage of user password), you should timely notify Full Strike Ltd. Full Strike Ltd will assist you to take relevant measures. Otherwise, you are responsible for all actions under your account, and you bear all responsibilities.

4. Third Parties

• You are aware that some of Full Strike Ltd's services may be obtained using software or services provided by third parties that are set up to provide your convenience and are legally authorized by such third parties.

• This product contains certain information and services of third parties. Full Strike Ltd does not control and is not responsible for the information and services of third parties.

• You understand that Full Strike Ltd cannot guarantee that the licensed Software will permanently use or include such Services, nor can it guarantee that it will continue to use other software provided by the same third party in the future, and may also use similar services from other third parties, and this Agreement will also apply once such software or services are enabled.

5. Use service specifications

• You should regulate the use of the Licensed Software in such a way as to: 1) distribute or share computer viruses, worms, malicious code, software that intentionally damages or alters computer systems or data; 2) Collect other users' information or data, such as email addresses, without authorization; 3) Malicious use of the Product in an automated manner that imposes undue burden on the server or otherwise interferes with or damages the website server and network links; 4) Attempts to access server data or communication data of the Product without permission; 5) Interfere with and destroy the use of other users of this product.

• You understand and agree that: 1) Full Strike Ltd will determine whether you are suspected of violating the above terms of use, and based on the results of the determination, suspend, terminate your license to use or take other restrictive measures that may be taken in accordance with the agreement. 2) Full Strike Ltd will directly delete any information posted by you when you use the Licensed Software that is suspected to be illegal or that infringes the legal rights of others or violates this Agreement. 3) If your violation of the above rules of use causes damage to any third party, you shall bear legal responsibility independently in your own name, and shall ensure that Full Strike Ltd is free from losses or increased costs, otherwise Full Strike Ltd has the right to recover from you. 4) If you violate the relevant laws or the provisions of this Agreement and cause any loss to Full Strike Ltd, you shall compensate Full Strike Ltd for the loss and/or expenses incurred thereby.

6. Standard information content

• You promise not to use the Service for any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to the following:

• Upload, transmit, or share any of the following information: 1) that is contrary to the fundamental principles set forth in the Constitution; 2) endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity; 3) damage to national honor and interests; 4) inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining national unity; 5) Those who destroy national religious policies and promote cults and feudal superstitions; 6) Spreading rumors, disturbing social order and undermining social stability; 7) disseminating obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or inciting crimes; 8) Insulting or defaming others, infringing on the legitimate rights of others; 9) Content that is false, fraudulent, harmful, threatening, invasive of privacy, harassing, invasive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise morally objectionable; 10) contains other contents restricted or prohibited by Chinese laws, regulations, rules, regulations and any norms with legal effect.

7. Privacy Policy and Data

Full Strike Ltd has formulated the "Acxeon Smart Platform Privacy Policy" to disclose the relationship between the ownership and protection of intellectual property rights, the collection, use, sharing, storage, protection and other aspects of your information. 8. Disclaimer clause

• Except as expressly provided by laws and regulations, Full Strike Ltd will use its best efforts to ensure that the licensed software and the technology and information involved are secure, effective, accurate and reliable, but limited by the technology available, Full Strike Ltd cannot guarantee this.

• You understand that Full Strike Ltd will not be liable for your direct or indirect losses arising from force majeure and third party causes.

• You are solely responsible for any personal injury or incidental or indirect damages caused by or in connection with: 1) Unauthorized use of the licensed software or changes to your data by third parties; 2) Costs and losses arising from the use of the licensed software; 3) Your misunderstanding of the licensed software; 4) Other losses related to the licensed software not caused by Full Strike Ltd.

• Any software derived from the permission software that has not been developed and officially released by Full Strike Ltd or Full Strike Ltd is illegal. Downloading, installing, or using such software may result in unpredictable risks. The legal liability and disputes arising from the permission software have nothing to do with Full Strike Ltd. Full Strike Ltd reserves the right to suspend and terminate the license and/or all other services.

• You are aware that the use of the Acxeon Smart Platform involves Internet services, which may be affected by various aspects of instability, and despite the security measures taken by Full Strike Ltd, The Service may still be discontinued, interrupted, delayed, restricted or unavailable due to inherent flaws in the Internet and electronic communications and at times beyond the reasonable control of either party to this Agreement (including but not limited to fire, flood, terrorist attack, plague, natural disaster, riot, terminal virus, hacker attack, network failure, terminal failure). You hereby expressly bear the above risks and agree that Full Strike Ltd shall not bear any responsibility to you when the actual occurrence of the above risk events affects the normal operation of the service.

9. Termination of the Agreement and liability for breach of contract

• You should understand that the use of the Full Strike Ltd Service requires the use of the licensed software within the scope of the license, respect for the intellectual property rights of the software and the content contained in the software, use the software in accordance with the specifications, and fulfill the obligations under this Agreement. In the event of a material breach of this Agreement, Full Strike Ltd will terminate the license.

• Your use of the Software depends on the supporting services provided to you by the affiliates of Full Strike Ltd. Your violation of the terms, agreements, rules, notices and other relevant provisions of Full Strike Ltd and its affiliates may cause you to be unable to normally use the licensed Software. Full Strike Ltd reserves the right to terminate the license. To restrict your license and other interests under Full Strike Ltd's control, including suspending or terminating your license.

• In the event that you breach this Agreement or any other agreement entered into with Full Strike Ltd, Full Strike Ltd may notify Full Strike Ltd affiliates and require them to impose restrictions on your rights and interests, including requiring Affiliates to suspend or terminate some or all of the services provided to you. And in its operation or actual control of the website to publicize your breach in accordance with the law.

• The licensed software is downloaded by you from the download platform, and you are required to comply with the agreement of the download platform, system platform and terminal manufacturer on the way and limitation of your use of the licensed software. If the above third party confirms that you have violated the agreement and need to be handled by Full Strike Ltd, Full Strike Ltd may terminate your license to use you upon request of a third party.

• Upon termination of this License, you shall cease using the Licensed Software and destroy all copies.

• If you breach the terms set forth in this Agreement and cause loss to Full Strike Ltd or other users, you shall be fully liable for damages.

10.Governing law and severability

• The validity, interpretation, modification, execution and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and in the absence of relevant laws, the general international business practices and/or industry practices shall be referred to.

• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement may be settled amicably with Full Strike Ltd or submitted to the courts of Hong Kong where this Agreement is executed for adjudication.

• If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid by a people's court of competent jurisdiction, it shall not affect the validity of the other provisions or any part thereof, and you and Full Strike Ltd shall still perform the agreement in good faith.

• This Agreement is executed in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

3. When you use the camera, we will collect the pictures/video information captured by your camera, which will be used for mobile monitoring and alarm services.
